CITY WALK MUSCAT
City Walk Muscat is set to be a vibrant beachfront downtown city complex in the Seeb area, serving Oman’s cosmopolitan capital city Muscat. The land covers an area of approximately 47,000 square metres and will comprise of a luxury hotel, exclusive retail outlets, restaurants and cafes.
JEBEL SIFAH
Jebel Sifah, located 20 minutes from Bandar Khayran, is spread over 6.2 million sqm and is designed to include six world-class hotels, of which the Sifawy Boutique Hotel is operational. It also houses freehold residences, an 84-berth marina, cafes and restaurants, while the 9-hole PGA Harradine signature golf course is in its final stage of development and due to launch by early 2017.

AS SODAH
A secluded island covering 11 million square metres, As Sodah is located off the southern coast of Oman near Salalah. Set to be the region’s niche destination, As Sodah will be the exclusive setting of a luxury boutique hotel, featuring sophisticated pavilions with swimming pools, a spa, main lodge and private access beach.
HAWANA SALALAH
Muriya’s flagship destination is located in the tropical city of Salalah in the southeast of Oman, with an area of 13.6 million sqm and will house a total of seven hotels, of which Salalah Rotana Hotel, Juweira Boutique Hotel and Fanar Hotel & Residences are operational, totalling the available luxury hotel rooms to 700. The destination is home to a 171 berth marina, freehold residences, retail venues, restaurants and cafes.

Land Excursions

Sea Excursions
Oman presents some of the world’s most spectacular snorkelling and diving, as well as opportunities for wildlife spotting, sailing, fishing and thrilling watersports. Dolphin shoals can be found in large numbers along the coast, but especially off of Muscat and the fjords of Musandam. Diving and snorkelling can be enjoyed all year round, although the best time is April to July. The Royal Opera House Muscat has become Oman’s premier venue for musical arts and theatre, while the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque will cast its spell over art and architecture aficionados.
